Take for example the CL1758MA multi-platform 8 port KVM which comes integrated with a 17-inch LCD panel and keyboard (see below)

The CL1758MA works with all the usual Microsoft windows operating system, Linux, MacOS and Sun Solaris. It also supports PCs/Servers that uses either USB or PS/2 keyboard and mouse. This is easily catered by using the appropriate molded kvm cables. The slide-away LCD is nicely designed and is easily mounted on a 19-inch rack, occupying on 1U of space. With a 1280x1024 resolution it works well with the Sun and is just absolutely flawless with Macs.
